We would like to recognize the members of the Allpro Parking staff for their excellent customer service. Each quarter, President Rick Serra selects an outstanding employee to receive the President's Award.
First Quarter
Name: Wossen Amboye
Title: Valet Attendant
Location: Mercy Hospital Valet
City: Buffalo
Reason: Took quick action and control of the situation to relieve the stress, anxiety, and fear that a customer was having because her husband was having severe chest pains.
Second Quarter
Name: Rodney Irby
Title: Lot Attendant
Location: Lafayette Lot
City: Buffalo
Reason: Runs the lot with organization, efficiency, and safety. He is observant, kind, knowledgeable, and an example of the “finest” customer service that one could expect from a company.
Third Quarter
Name: Girish Shah
Title: Cashier
Location: Warren Street Garage
City: Syracuse
Reason: Great worker, great personality, and always smiling. It’s evident that he loves his job as well as the people he serves.
Fourth Quarter
Name: Roger Orozco
Title: Lead Attendant
Location: Adam’s Mark Hotel
City: Buffalo
Reason: A “True Team Player” - he not only is a great assistant to the Operations Manager, but also the hotel staff, as he resolved a chaotic situation during an event by taking control.
